Dear Wynn Families,

 

Please review the information below carefully:

 

  • JFSA Food Pantry:  On Tuesday, October 6th, JFSA will have a food pantry at Wynn ES in the front of the school. Beginning at 11:30 AM until supplies last.

  • School Organization Team Meeting:  On Wednesday, October 7th, there will be a School Organization Team Meeting at 5:00 PM via Google Meet. Use the links below to access the meeting agenda and meeting link.

  • Upcoming Parent Conferences:  Your child’s teacher should be sending home a finalized date and time for a parent conference for next Monday or another day next week.  Please reach out to your child’s teacher if you have not scheduled a conference time.

  • Progress Reports and Unsatisfactory Notices:  Your child’s teacher will be sending home progress reports and, if needed, an unsatisfactory notice on Friday.

  • Mark your calendars for the following upcoming dates:

    • October 6th:  JFSA Food Pantry, 11:30 AM

    • October 7th:  School Organization Team Meeting, 5:00 PM Virtual

    • October 9th:  Last day of quarter one.  Progress Reports sent home.

    • October 12th:  No school for students due to parent conferences.

    • October 13th:  Three Square Distribution, 8:15 AM, Wynn Elementary

    • October 14th:  Make-Up Picture Day

    • October 23rd: Pastries with the Principal, 9:00 AM, Wynn Elementary MPR

    • October 23rd:  Fall Festival, 4:30 - 6:30 PM, Wynn Elementary

    • October 27th:  Three Square Distribution, 8:15 AM, Wynn Elementary

    • October 28th:  School Organization Team Meeting, 5:00 PM, Google Meet

    • October 30th:  Nevada Day, No school for students or staff

Por favor, revise detenidamente la información a continuación:

 

  • Banco de alimentos de JFSA: El martes 6 de octubre, JFSA instalará un banco de alimentos frente a la escuela Wynn ES. La actividad comenzará a las 11:30 a.m. y continuará hasta agotar existencias.

  • Reunión del Equipo de Organización Escolar: El miércoles 7 de octubre a las 5:00 p.m. se llevará a cabo una reunión del Equipo de Organización Escolar a través de Google Meet. Utilice los enlaces que aparecen a continuación para acceder a la agenda y al enlace de la reunión.

  • Próximas conferencias con los padres: El maestro o la maestra de su hijo debería enviar a casa la fecha y hora definitivas para la conferencia de padres, programada para el próximo lunes u otro día de la semana entrante. Por favor, comuníquese con el maestro o la maestra de su hijo si aún no ha programado una cita para la conferencia.

  • Informes de progreso y notificaciones de desempeño insatisfactorio: El maestro o la maestra de su hijo enviará a casa los informes de progreso y, de ser necesario, una notificación de desempeño insatisfactorio este viernes.

  • Marque en su calendario las siguientes fechas importantes:

    • 6 de octubre: Despensa de alimentos de JFSA, 11:30 a.m.

    • 7 de octubre: Reunión del equipo de organización escolar, 5:00 p.m. (virtual)

    • 9 de octubre: Último día del primer trimestre. Se enviarán a casa los informes de progreso.

    • 12 de octubre: No hay clases para los estudiantes debido a las conferencias con los padres.

    • 13 de octubre: Distribución de alimentos de Three Square, 8:15 a.m., Escuela Primaria Wynn.

    • 14 de octubre: Día de reposición de fotografías escolares.

    • 23 de octubre: "Pasteles con el director", 9:00 a.m., Sala Multiusos (MPR) de la Escuela Primaria Wynn.

    • 23 de octubre: Festival de Otoño, 4:30 – 6:30 p.m., Escuela Primaria Wynn.

    • 27 de octubre: Distribución de alimentos de Three Square, 8:15 a.m., Escuela Primaria Wynn.

    • 28 de octubre: Reunión del Equipo de Organización Escolar, 5:00 p.m., Google Meet.

    • 30 de octubre: Día de Nevada (Nevada Day); no hay clases para los estudiantes ni actividades para el personal.
