Week 37: May 8 - 12

Dear Wynn Families,


Please review the information below for important updates.


  • Show our teachers, tutors, aides, counselors and social workers how much we appreciate their dedication to our community. If you would like to send them a personal note, please fill out the Google form using the link below. They will then receive a special note from you printed on a thank you card throughout the week. The form will be open until Friday, May 12th.

  • There will be a School Organization Team meeting on Wednesday, May 10th at 4:30 PM via Google Meet.  See the link below for the agenda and meeting link.

  • If you signed your student up for Summer Acceleration, information will be sent home with your student on Friday, May 12th.

  • Please complete the online registration as soon as possible using the link below for the next school year.  Families may reach out to the office for assistance.  The first classroom to have all students registered for the next school year will win a pizza party!

  • Mark your calendars for the following upcoming events:

    • May 9th, Kona Ice:  Kona Ice will be on campus to raise money for the school.

    • May 10th, School Organization Team:  There will be an SOT meeting at 4:30 PM.

    • May 12th, Field Day:  Students will participate in field day.

    • May 12th, Summer Acceleration Information Sent Home

    • May 22nd, Last Day of School:  The last day of school is  May 22nd.  Students will get out of school early at 12:30 PM.  PreK students who attend in the morning will get out of school at 10:20 AM and PreK students who attend in the afternoon will get out of school at 12:30 PM.

  • Habrá una reunión del Equipo de Organización Escolar el miércoles 10 de mayo a las 4:30 p. m. a través de Google Meet. Consulte el enlace a continuación para ver la agenda y el enlace de la reunión.

  • Si inscribió a su estudiante en Summer Acceleration, la información se enviará a casa con su estudiante el viernes 12 de mayo.

  • Complete el registro en línea lo antes posible utilizando el enlace a continuación para el próximo año escolar. Las familias pueden comunicarse con la oficina para obtener ayuda. ¡El primer salón de clases que tenga a todos los estudiantes registrados para el próximo año escolar ganará una fiesta con pizza!

    • 22 de mayo, último día de clases: El último día de clases es el 22 de mayo. Los estudiantes saldrán temprano de la escuela a las 12:30 PM Los estudiantes de Pre K que asisten en la mañana saldrán de la escuela a las 10:20 AM y los estudiantes de Pre K que asisten en la tarde saldrán de la escuela a las 12:30 PM.
